XJK Flotation machine provides a process for separating minerals from gangue by taking advantage of differences in their hydrophobicity. It's widely used in copper-, lead-, zinc-, nickel- and molybdenum-bearing minerals upgrading.

The XJK series flotation machine is one of the most widely used mechanically-agitated type. With the negative pressure while impeller rotation, which driven by motorized V-belt, air will be automatically inhaled and form bubbles. Minerals in slurry could attach to the air bubbles, and rise to the surface, forming froth. There is a blade near entrance could push the forth out, which could be adjusted height manually according to the level of slurry.

XJK flotation mainly contains belt wheel, inhaling pipe, central tube, main shaft, vessal, top plate, impeller, guiding pipe, base, top blade, bottom blade, impeller base.

Working Principle of Flotation machine

Machine produced by motor spinning triangle belt transmission to drive the impeller and centrifugal effect to form the negative pressure, in the one hand, plenty of air inhaled mixed with pulp, on the one hand, mixing slurry mixed with drugs, refining the bubble at the same time, make the mineral adhesive foam, float to the pulp surface to form the mineralized froth. Adjusting the damper height, control the liquid level, making useful foam by scraper scrape.
